Multidimensional Health: Balanced Emotions

Join Lindsey at 10:00-11:00am mountain time for four Tuesday’s this May (12:00-1:00pm eastern/9:00-10:00am pacific), AND/OR a condensed full version of the Tuesday classes on Sunday, May 19th from 9:00am-11:00am mountain time (added in each month to accommodate those unable to join live on Tuesday’s) where we will go deep into meditation and cultivate your multidimensional health. You will be held in a supportive, uplifting spiritual energy where we will utilize energy healing techniques to strengthen your meditation practice and move into an expansive experience of inner peace. All experience levels welcome!

May will focus on emotional balance through a healthy relationship with your emotions. We’ll do deep work on you second chakra, offering a spring cleaning for your emotional field (or a fall cleaning for my Australia and New Zealand folks ;), we’ll do some soul retrieval on stuck emotions from past lives, and we’ll be applying this energetic healing work to your present day relationships for optimal trust and connection. We'll do a little bit of journaling and we'll weave in some neuroscience with our primary emphasis on meditation and intuitive energy work. 

As always, you will receive a recording of all four Tuesday sessions and the condensed Sunday session, so you’re always able to participate async if you’re unable to join live.

In preparation for classes, all you need is a quiet, private place to sit, ideally in an upright position (sitting upright helps prevent you from falling asleep which is common when you are newer to meditation). I also recommend headphones so that you can be hands free with the clearest possible audio.

Multidimensional Health: Healthy vs Unhealthy Fear

Join Lindsey at 10:00-11:00am mountain time the first four Tuesday’s this April (12:00-1:00pm eastern/9:00-10:00am pacific), AND/OR a condensed version of this class on Sunday, April 21st from 9:00am-11:00am mountain time where we will go deep into meditation where you will explore and cultivate your multidimensional health and learn how to dance with fear in all of it’s forms. The multidimensional health series weaves together neuroscience, meditation and intuitive energy techniques to crystallize how we can better understand fear and differentiate between healthy and unhealthy fear. You will receive a recording of all four Tuesday sessions and the condensed Sunday session, so you’re always able to participate async if you’re unable to join live.

This is the first month of a seven month series focused on multidimensional health and we’ll be starting with the root chakra, understanding all of the corners of healthy from unhealthy fear. Accelerate your Awakening

Join us on Saturday, February 10th from 9:00-11:00am mountain time over zoom where you will deepen your meditation practice as we explore the topic of spiritual awakening. You don’t need to live in a cave to experience spiritual awakening - greater peace and joy are available to you right where you are, as you are.

Awakening begins when we find ourselves in considerable pain and begin to move through it. For many of us, this begins in childhood and unfolds throughout adulthood. Emotional pain indicates something to be investigated and opportunity to grow. And our inner investigation is what accelerates us into greater peace, love and understanding.

The experience of awakening is similar to when a limb falls asleep - you don’t know it’s asleep until it starts waking up. And we might naturally assume that the painful sensation of pins and needles means something is getting worse. But in reality, it’s a sign of more awareness flooding in to what had been numb. The discomfort (stress, anxiety, sadness, anger, fear, apathy…) dissipates once we understand, accept and allow what is, as it is. You then begin to experience a higher state of consciousness that dances in this world with more curiosity, ease and levity.

Join me over Zoom on Saturday February 10th, from 9:00-11:00am mountain time (11:00-1:00pm eastern), where you will accelerate your spiritual awakening through healing meditations, introspection and conversation. All you need is a pen, a notebook and a comfortable, private space where you can listen, share and strengthen your meditation muscle.

Registration is $100 and you will receive a recording of the class (so if life happens you can participate async when it is convenient for you.) All experience levels encouraged! I look forward to seeing you there!!
